WHAT IS THE INVISIBLE HOSTESS?

The burden of hosting is working your party and not getting to enjoy your guests. The Invisible Hostess eliminates any work or worry so you can let your hair down and have a good time!

The Invisible Hostess is not limited to size or occasion. If there is a cause to celebrate, we’ll be there!

WHAT DO I DO?

The Invisible Hostess is not your party planner, she is your partner. You're still in control of your party, and The Invisible Hostess is there to lend a helping hand. What is asked of you is:

• A planned agenda for The Invisible Hostess to follow. This can be in the form of a list, a time line, or whatever you feel is most appropriate for your needs.
• Provide all supplies that are needed to complete tasks, with the exception of a car.
• Be available for a quick phone meeting the day prior to the party so as to firm up details of the event

PRICING

The Invisible Hostess is an hourly rate:

$40/hr for your First Hostess (aka, Lead Hostess)  She acts as your main point person from the time you book up until your event.

$25/hr + 18% gratuity for additional Hostesses

Travel beyond 1 hour round trip (according to Google Maps) from Seattle, WA will be billed $18/hr per Hostess.  For example, if you're event takes place in Gig Harbor, Google Maps estimates the trip to be an hour from Seattle.  Round trip travel time for this event would be 2 hours, so you would be billed 1 hour, per Hostess, for us to travel to your event.

Note: we recommend more than one Hostess when your guest list is over 40 people or if excessive food prep is required.
