WHAT IS THE INVISIBLE HOSTESS?

The burden of hosting is working your party and not getting to enjoy your guests. The Invisible Hostess eliminates any work or worry so you can let your hair down and have a good time!

• Prep and serve food
• Take pictures
• Fill drinks
• Answer doors and take coats
• Clean up the post-party mess
• We’ll even let the dog out to do its business!


Hosting isn’t glamorous work, but we do anything it takes for you to have a good time.

WHAT DO I DO?

The Invisible Hostess is not your party planner, she is your partner. You're still in control of your party, and The Invisible Hostess is there to lend a helping hand. What is asked of you is:

• A planned agenda for The Invisible Hostess to follow. This can be in the form of a list, a time line, or whatever you feel is most appropriate for your needs.
• Provide all supplies that are needed to complete tasks, with the exception of a car.
• Be available for a quick phone meeting the day prior to the party so as to firm up details of the event

PRICING

The Invisible Hostess is an hourly rate:

$35 an hour prior to 7 pm
$45 an hour post 7 pm

8 hour flat rate of $285

If your event requires more than one Hostess, additional Hostesses are $25 an hour + 18% gratuity. Note: we recommend more than one Hostess when your guest list is over 35 people or if excessive food prep is required.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept checks and credit cards.  Credit card payments will include a 3% convenience fee.
