If you’re having decision overwhelm with the design process of your wedding, or it’s just not your strong suit, hire our designer, Kristine Parra, to get you on the right track. She can assist as little or as much as you need and quotes are custom to your needs.

Site consultations

You have a beautiful home. And look at that spacious yard! But can it really host a wedding? We offer site consultations to help you visualize your space, define your venue needs, and advise on the best plan.

Shopping lists, buying ratios, menu creation and rental needs. Hosting a party for large groups is daunting. Did you over buy? Did you under buy? Did you remember to rent the coolers for the ice that you also need delivered? We can help you navigate the great unknown.

Just Engaged | First Steps of Wedding Planning Consultation

Congratulations, you’re engaged! Now what? Do you Google, blog troll or Pinterest pin? What should your budget be? What is your first step? How do you prioritize? Let us get you off on the right foot.

DIY Day-of Consultation

If you’ve enlisted a friend or relative to act as your day-of coordinator, supplement their good intentions and hard work ethic with a dose of experienced guidance. The crown jewel of our Final Planning & Day-of Coordination services, this one-time wedding pow-wow is like boot camp for your big day. We whip your timeline, layout and execution plan into shape. Set aside 3 hours for this marathon session. We leave no stone unturned, making for a well organized day.

What does the DIY Day-of Consultation entail?

At the Consultation, you can expect to cover:

YOUR CEREMONY: Who’s walking with whom, where they’re standing, what they’re saying and everything in between.

YOUR DAY OF TIMELINE: We get to the nitty-gritty of your day. I’m talking down to when the champagne needs to be poured because the toasts are happening at X time. No stone is left unturned. 

This portion also covers responsibilities.  For example, who is responsible for hanging your lanterns?  Who will be taking the floral home?  Who will meet vendors upon arrival?  Who will be your vendor contact for the day of (and no, it’s not you, your fiancé or your mom…) No task will go unclaimed!

YOUR VENDOR CONTACT LIST: Following a very easy to read template, we plug in your vendors into this wedding packet so everyone has everyone’s contact information and knows of arrival times—no excuses!

YOUR RENTAL PLANNING: With my deep knowledge of F&B logistics due to the nature of our company’s offerings, I can co-create your rental list for you so all you need to do is take it to your preferred rental company and know you haven’t forgotten a thing!  You probably haven’t even considered renting an ice caddy have you? Or even know what that is? Exactly. That’s where my expertise comes into play.

Within 5 business days of our meeting, you’ll receive your digital copy of a 7-13 page Wedding Plans Packet.  It will be color-coded indicating your to-dos as well as coded for vendors to see where they need to answer certain questions (i.e. when is your arrival time?).

You’ll also be provided with a cover email template to use when sending this packet to all of your vendors.

After receiving the meeting and receiving your packet, our work together is completed, however, you might have more questions come up. I include one complimentary post meeting call/email for you to fire away whatever is on your mind. Any other correspondence for advice or consultations will be considered billable hours.

Need someone to work on the day of at an hourly rate? Hire a Wedding Associate. This option is only available to clients who have completed the DIY Day-of Consultation service.
