Rate Updates Effective October 2019

Because every couple has a different story, vision, and need, we want our pricing to reflect the customization you deserve. As of October 2019, we are doing away with set packages and our wedding coordination rates will combine a baseline flat fee + hourly pricing.

Only pay for what you need.

Every step, question and decision is guided by our Senior Coordination Team. We take the burden of worry off your plate and you enjoy the experience of watching your wedding unfold before your eyes. You can choose your level of involvement. i.e, do the fun stuff and we’ll handle the rest.

Communication and measurable progress is key, so we establish regular email updates, create detailed to-do’s and present a full design concept with as little or as much help as you want to provide.

If you’re not sure of what exact help you need beyond the basics*, we have questions we cover in a complimentary consultation to identify the perfect fit for you.

*The “basics” is our Day of Coordination service. These tasks are non-negotiable in order for us to provide the consistent and reputable experience we’ve been known for since 2006.

Base Rate $3000 + Hourly

Expect to budget for $4000+ for this service. We can provide a custom quote for you during a complimentary consultation. 

 

design

Senior Coordinator and Lead Designer, Kristine Parra, works with our couples on design concepts for their wedding. This can come in a variety of ways. 

Here are only a few examples of how we’ve helped couples:

  • Conducting a discovery meeting and mood presentation to give you the tools you need in order to personally execute your vision.
  • You want to relieve the burden of visiting multiple rental companies and sourcing the perfect pieces by having Kristine and the team collect and present concepts.
  • Paper good design, sourcing and production.
  • Complete design conception, sourcing, vendor selecting, managing and executing.

The combinations to which we can assist are abundant. Design services can be combined with Day-of Coordination, with Wedding Planning or even booked as a stand alone.

Billed Hourly

Expect to budget for $1000+ for this service. We can provide a custom quote for you during a complimentary consultation. This service has a $500 minimum.

 The ultimate combination, this is our full service experience. For the couple who is either too busy, too maxed, too exhausted, too overwhelmed, or simply too excited and needs an equally excited planning partner, this is the winning duo. 

Base Rate $3000 + Hourly

Expect to budget for $7500+  for this service. We can provide a custom quote for you during a complimentary consultation.
